Shipping And Handling
Orders of 1-19 boxes placed by 12 noon in Mainland UK are usually dispatched
the same day on a next day service, 20 boxes + are delivered within
2 working days owing to the increased weight involved. Orders to other
locations will be dispatched on a 3 to 6 day courier service.
We will not ship before we have received payment.
If you pay by credit or debit card, the purchase
price will be deducted from your account as soon
as your order has been completed online. Payments
can only be processed if the billing information
can be verified. We will contact you if we have any
problems taking payment from the card details you
provide during the order process.
Taking payment does not mean we have accepted your
order and, in the event of us not accepting your
order, a full refund will be given as soon as reasonably possible.
In the unlikely event that your item is not in stock,
we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option
to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
We charge VAT at 20% to European Sales, if you
are VAT exempt, please tick the VAT exempt box
during the checkout. If you are in the EU (and
outside the UK) you can also tick the VAT exempt

If you find paper of an identical specification at
a lower price in the UK within seven days of purchasing from us we
will aim to beat or match the price. The paper must be available
now and prices must include taxes. We will guarantee to match the
price on one box but will aim to beat the price on up to 15 boxes.

Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or
failure to comply with our obligations under
these conditions if the delay or failure arises

If you are not happy with your purchase you can return
your paper to us. You must return the paper within 7 days of receiving
it and you must pay for the return postage. The paper must be unused
and in perfect condition. If we are happy with the condition of the
goods then we will issue a refund for the price paid minus any outgoing
postage charges. There will be a re-stocking charge applicable to your return which is dependent on the style of label purchased. The charge will be agreed with you prior to issuing permission to return them.
Exchanges In the un-likely event that upon receipt of your delivery you
find that you have ordered the wrong stock, we are happy to arrange for
an exchange of goods once the price difference has been agreed and adjusted
accordingly. As our website and box end labels clearly state the sizes
and dimensions of our labels, we cannot accept that the wrong size was
only discovered once the boxes were opened, all boxes must be in their
original shrink wrapping in order for them to be exchanged

order the correct goods that you require, meanwhile follow the Returns Policy
as stated above. As soon as we receive the item(s) and have checked the condition,
